Zambia Mine Rescue Association is today 30th November 2018, holding a sports day for all mine rescue teams at Diggers Rugby Football Club in Kitwe.
The inaugural mine rescue sports day is being hosted and sponsored by Mopani Copper Mines. Other co-sponsoring companies are Navaja, Baseline and Arrow Bearing.
The event brings together mine rescue teams from Chibuluma Mine, CNMC Luanshya Copper Mines, Konkola Copper Mines, Lubambe Copper Mine, Mabiza Resources Limited, Mopani Copper Mines and NFC Africa Mining.
