Minister of Higher Education Prof. Nkandu Luo presenting the first ever National Higher Education Policy to Mr. Yewa Kumwenda, Research and Policy Manager, Zambia Chamber of Mines during the launch held at Mulungushi International Conference Centre today on 18th June, 2019.
The policy is premised on National, Regional and Global aspirations for Education and Skills Development as espoused in the Seventh National Development Plan (2017-2021); the Vision 2030; Africa Agenda 2064 and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 4 on Education).
